Role Overview:

Respond to inbound calls and emails from a variety of clients
Liaise with internal customers and sub-contractors
Deliver exceptional customer service

What We're Looking For:

A people person with excellent communication skills
Experience in customer service, retail, or helpdesk is a plus, but not essential
A passion for helping people

About You

Minimum Qualifications, Certifications and Training required

GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
Level 3 NVQ in relevant subject

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience for this role

Minimum 12 months experience in similar customer-facing role
Understanding of Help Desk operation
Customer Service skills
Keyboard skills
